Mac/PC : Portal 2 in India
I was browsing for new movies yesterday in a store and came across the Portal 2 PC/Mac game which sells for Rs. 699 in the store. The game costs $50 on Steam and $30 at Amazon . Flipkart sells it for Rs 622( ~$13 ).
Though eventually Steam could get the pricing down to $10, its a good grab if you do not want to carry CDs around since Steam manages your games and progress on the cloud.
If you are India, you could buy from flipkart for the best price.
Tycoon’s on the desk
I was searching for a game called “European War Cossacks” in the south India’s biggest mall, HyperCity. I would have been happy with any edition of the game, but I found a Tycoon game.I thought ‘wow’ ! Its the Zoo edition and I continued to search for the Roller Coaster edition. I played Roller Coaster Tycoon(a lot) and Zoo Tycoon when I was in school. And the cost of the game is just 300 bucks(INR). No wonder! Its been 8 years since the game was released. for PC 🙂

Friday night is Poker night
Yet again, yesterday, went to my friends’ place to play Poker. Had fun playing, but most of the time watching others play(since I bet a lot and lost a lot). Losing(not loosing) was so excruciating.
